What are your Shipping & Handling Charges?

USPS Priority Mail:

up to $49.99 - $5

- $50 to $99.99 - $8

  -$100 and up  - Free*

Local Pickup: 

Local Pickup is available as an option at checkout for local customers. 

Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories :

USPS Priority Mail - $20


USPS Priority Mail - $25

All other International Locations:

USPS Priority Mail - $40

What Payment Method do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover as well as Paypal.


How soon will I receive my order?

Orders are generally shipped out within 2 business days of placing your order.  Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail  (generally 2-3 additional days from date of shipping).  Orders are sent out from Boston, MA.

Do I pay sales tax?

Massachusetts residents are charged a 6.25% sales tax on non-apparel items only (i.e. hair accessories.)

How do I know my order was received?

You will receive an automatic “order confirmation” email once your order has been placed.  If you did not receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order, we most likely did NOT receive your order (often this is due to forgetting to “confirm payment” at the end of the order process). Please email us at info@alizasboutique.com to check if your order was received or if you should place it again.
