Welcome to Aliza's Boutique!

I began Aliza's Hairware Boutique in Boston, MA to bring reasonably priced hats, snoods, bandanas, headbands and other haircoverings to Orthodox Jewish women. I soon realized that there were many "out of town" communities similar to mine that have no stores in which to buy these products. Bringing my store online, I decided to turn it into Aliza's Boutique - hoping to make it your "one stop accessory shop!" From hats and snoods to layering shells, sleevies and jewelry, and of course hair accessories for your little (and big!) girls.

Shipping Method & Charges:

We generally ship all items within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Domestic Shipping:You have the choice of choosing USPS (United States Post Office) FIRST CLASS MAIL with delivery confirmation which generally takes 2-5 days or USPS PRIORITY MAIL which comes with a tracking number. It generally takes 2-3 days.

Shipping charges are determined by the value of the order placed:

Domestic First Class Mail:

• up to 19.99 ---$3
• 20.00 - 49.99 ---$4
• 50.00 - 79.99 ---$5
• 80.00 and up ---free!

Domestic Priority Mail:

• up to 19.99 ---$5
• 20.00 - 49.99 ---$6
• 50.00 - 79.99 ---$8
• 80.00 and up ---free!
  
  Shipping to Canada:You have the choice of selecting USPS PRIORIY MAIL for a flat $15. This includes a tracking number as well as faster shipping (usually within a week). Or, you may select USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL (by clicking "any method"). This takes longer, but is less expensive. It does not include tracking.
  
  1st Class shipping charges to Canada are determined by the value of the order placed:

  Sales Tax:

  Massachusetts residents are charged a 5% salestax on non-apparel items only (i.e. headbands and clips, jewelry).
  
  

  Return Policy:

  Before returning/exchanging any items, please contact us for instructions and return authorization. All returns must be authorized within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please email us at returns@alizasboutique.com or call us at 617-870-5257. We will provide the shipping address upon approval of your return/exchange. Upon arrival of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued for the cost of the item(s), minus the shipping charges. Customer will also be responsible for return shipping charges.
  
  We will credit you 100% on unworn merchandise that is returned in new condition. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged in any way, unless the damage is due to a flaw in the product itself. We can not accept returns for items that have been worn, soiled, or washed.
  
  If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount of the order (including the shipping charges).
  
  Damaged shipments must be reported to the carrier within five days of receipt.
  
  Important: We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in the mail when being returned. Therefore, please be sure to properly insure your package(s).
  
  

  Gift Wrap:

  If you would like your purchase sent as a gift, please select the "wrap my gift" option during checkout. This includes a card as well as attractive shipping packaging. You may also choose to include a personal message to be included in the card. Please make sure to type in the recipient's shipping address.
