All merchandise must be received within the correct time frame (please see below). It is up to the customer to choose a shipping method to ensure this.
Customers MUST email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 617-870-5257 to receive authorization for a refund/store credit. Please indicate “returns” in the subject line of the email and include your name and order number in the email or phone message. We will reply and provide details for your return/exchange.
*Merchandise must be unworn (only tried on) and with all labels attached. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition – folded, NOT crumpled, NO stains – dirt, makeup, deodorant etc. Otherwise, it will be returned to customer at customer’s expense even if it is received by us within correct time frame.
*Hair Accessories & women’s head scarves (tichels) as well as any merchandise marked FINAL SALE is not returnable.
*Our shipping & handling fees are NOT refundable. Additionally, if you received free shipping and then returned your ENTIRE order, you will still be charged the $8 shipping & handling fee. (You will be refunded the entire amount of your purchase minus $8.)
*We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in the mail when being returned. Therefore, please be sure to properly insure your package and/or send it with a responsible and trackable shipping carrier.
Please note that “date of receipt” is determined by delivery date of merchandise to customer as reported by the shipping agent.
Time frame for returns:
Please note that year-round we will refund/exchange (non final sale) items returned within 2 weeks, but prior to busy holiday seasons (dates will be noted when applicable) items must be returned within 1 week for a refund/exchange.
